Therapy

Kristen Maloney, LMFT

Making the step to begin the counseling process can be scary and overwhelming; but it can be the first step toward healing and change. I absolutely love working with individuals and couples. Walking along side clients as they journey their way through hurt, anger, grief, frustration, and other emotions, is my pleasure. Some of the clients with whom I have worked came to me when things seemed to be very grim and hopeless. It has been my pleasure to watch them put in the hard work and commitment to the therapeutic process and come out as stronger individuals and couples.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples regarding relational, life, mood, family-related, codependency, and other issues. It is an honor to become a part of my clients' lives and witness their growth and healing. That is why I am committed to providing the best service possible to my clients.

“Before you can live a part of you has to die. You have to let go of what could have been, how you should have acted and what you wish you would have said differently... When you finally recognize that truth then you will understand the true meaning of forgiveness of yourself and others. From this point you will finally be free.” -- Shannon L. Alder
